 Q: How do I income qualify? 
A: The Cambric Senior Apartments participates in an affordable housing program. Household income limits & student status limitations apply.
 
Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:

- 1 Occupant: $44,100
- 2 Occupants: $50,400
- 3 Occupants: $56,700
- 4 Occupants: $62,940


The household income is based on gross annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

 Q: Does the rent vary depending on my income? 
A: No, you may qualify to live at The Cambric Senior Apartments as long as you are under the income limits determined by household size.

 Q: What types of apartments are offered? 
A: A variety of 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans are being offered.

 Q: Are meal plans and health services available? 
A: No, The Cambric Senior Apartments is an independent living community.

 Q: What apartment amenities are available? 
A: Apartment amenities include:

- Open & Spacious floor plan
- Balcony Or Patio
- Full Size, In-Home Washer and Dryer
- Master Suite With A Walk-In Closet & Private Bath (select homes)
- Built-In Dishwasher & Microwave

 Q: What community amenities are available to all residents? 
A: Community Amenities Include:

- Fitness Center (Outfitted With Treadmills, Free Weights, Stationary Bicycle & Elliptical Machines)
- Underground Heated Parking Garage*
- Clubroom With Fireplace & Fully-Equipped Kitchen
- Arts & Crafts Room

 Q: Are there occupancy limitations? 
A: The one-bedroom floor plans allow for a maximum of two occupants. The two-bedroom floor plans allow for a maximum of four occupants.

 Q: Can I tour the apartments or see a model unit? 
A: There is not currently a model apartment available for viewing.

 Q: What types of lease terms are available? 
A: 12-month lease agreements are available.

 Q: What parking accommodations are available? 
A: In addition to surface parking, there will be on-site, underground parking available. Underground parking is available for an additional $75 fee. Underground parking with storage is available for an additional $100 fee.

 Q: Is the building smoke-free? 
A: Yes. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building or on the grounds.

 Q: Is there a shuttle vehicle available for residents? 
A: A shuttle vehicle is available for planned resident activities.

 Q: Can I move into one apartment and transfer to another on a later date? 
A: Yes, provided you fulfill the initial terms of your agreement, which is 12 months, and pay any applicable transfer fees.

 Q: What is the pet policy? 
A: Cambric is a pet-friendly community! Dogs & cats are welcome. Please call for more details.

 Q: Do all household members need to be at least 55 years old? 
A: The head of your household must be 55 years old. Other members must be a minimum of 40.

 Q: Is subletting permitted? 
A: No.

 Q: What utilities are included? 
A: Water/sewer and refuse are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, gas, cable TV, telephone and Internet.
